On the afternoon of October 19th, Vice President Zhou Min met with Dr. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Ministry of Post and Telecommunications(MPTC) of Cambodia and the delegation. Zhou Min extended a warm welcome to Dr. Chea’s visit. Staff from SIC’s Public Technology Service Department introduced the construction and application of National E-Government Network and National Data Exchange and Sharing Platform. The two sides also held in-depth discussions on topics as circulation of data factor and digital government, and expressed the willingness to strengthen the two countries’ cooperation on e-government network building.

State Secretary, Chairman of Cambodia digital government commission and Vice Chairman of the Cabinet of Cambodia accompanied the visit. Relevant staff from Public Technical Service Department and Comprehensive Management Department of SIC participated in the activity.
