On December 3rd, Liu Yunan, President of State Information Center, attended the online international conference of the 1st Workshop of Digital Public Administration Summit under the invitation of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology of Hungary, and delivered a speech. The workshop covered topics of artificial intelligence(AI), data sovereignty, data assets, etc. With the theme of “Artificial Intelligence Advances the Modernization of Capacity for Governance”, Liu Yunan introduced the extensive use of AI in the field of governance in China, including the application of AI to promoting urban infrastructure, operation and management, planning and decision making, transportation, environmental monitoring and smart industries, thus boosting the modernization of capacity for governance effectively, and achieving more precise and efficient urban governance, more faster and convenient public services, and more stable economic operation.
