Zhongyu, Vice President of SIC met with Mr. Li Xiaobo, Acting Mayor of Zhongwei
City and his delegation on the afternoon of November 1st, exchanging views on
issues of the SIC Network Security Innovation Base in Zhongwei.

Zhongyu mentioned that SIC will make use of its brand influence and capacity of
resource integration to supporting the construction of cloud computing base in
Zhongwei. Mr. Li Xiaobo paid high attention to the cooperation between both
sides, and promised to meet the related construction requirements as quickly as possible in order to start up the construction of the base.
Yang
Shaoliang, Director General of Information and Network Security Department introduced
the design of the base: to make the SIC Network Security Innovation Base a
national-level application center, an innovation center and an exhibition
center in network security so as to shape an all-direction, multi-area and multi-layer network
security base, which will be established in Ningxia and covered the whole
country. Both sides also took up an in-depth discussion about the blue print of
1st stage construction, and reached a consensus about the related
construction in the starting-up stage.
