Invited by the Government of Xi’an Municipality, Zhang Xueying, Vice President of SIC participated in The Global Programmer’s Festival and the Roundtable of Digital Economy and High-quality Economic Growth in Xi’an on October 24th, and sighed a strategic cooperation agreement with the People’s Government of Xi’an Municipality on behalf of the State Information Center.

Zhang Xueying presented a keynote speech on digital economy and high-quality economic growth, and signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with the head of Government of Xi’an Municipality. According to the Agreement, both sides will seek further cooperation in areas of strategic planning, industrial development, civil-military integration, city brand building and personnel training.
