Further cooperation was emphasized when Zhang Xueying, Vice President of SIC met with Ms. Laurence Boone, the Chief Economist of OECD and her research team on the afternoon of October 22.

Zhang Xueying praised the outcome of OECD Economic Survey of China, which was supported by SIC. He suggested on the expansion of research topics, improvement of cooperation level, and closer personnel exchange. Ms. Boone expressed the gratitude for SIC’s long-standing support. She agreed with proposals of cooperation and hoped to see further enhancement on knowledge cooperation and personnel exchanges. Deputy Director-General Zhou Yiren and staff from International Cooperation Division attended the meeting.
