From October 12th to October 13, 2020, SIC Vice President Zhou Min was invited to attend the 3rd Digital China Summit for the field research on the "wellspring of ideas" and "starting point of practice" in developing digital China.

During the Summit, Vice President Zhou Min attended the opening ceremony and the main forum, the sub-forum of Digital Government , the sub-forum of Digital Economy and other activities,. He visited the digital achievement booths of enterprises, taking part in a field research meeting on the credit system in Fuzhou, and gave further feedback for optimizing the credit related work.

The Summit was co-hosted by the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Peoples Government of Fujian Province. About 500 participants including government department representatives, representatives from industry organizations and industry sectors, experts and scholars in relevant areas, and think tank representatives attended the Summit.
