SIC Signed A Strategic Cooperation Agreement With H3C

SIC and H3C jointly held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement on the afternoon of August 15. Liu Yunan, President of SIC and Zhang Li, Senior Vice President and BG President of H3C attended the ceremony. On behalf of both sides, Zhou Min, Vice President of SIC and Li Ziwei, Vice President of H3C signed the strategic cooperation agreement.


Under the agreement, SIC and H3C will give full play to its comparative advantages on policy, industry, technology, market, talents and research in the spirit of complementing each other’s strengths, resource sharing, coordinated development and win-win cooperation. Both sides will carry out practical cooperation in areas of digital government building, IT policy research and consultation and digital talent training to jointly contribute to the building of a digital China.

Liu Yunan said that SIC has constantly insisted on forging itself into an innovative nformation-oriented think tank and a research highland in digital economy development in recent years. It also positions itself as a center for researching, utilizing and managing data element by improving business capabilities in comprehensive utilization of data and decision-making supporting. He said that SIC appreciates the long-term technical support by H3C, and hoped both sides will take the strategic cooperation as an opportunity to give full play to their respective advantages, jointly promoting high-quality development of digital economy and digital government through multi-field cooperation to make the strategic cooperation agreement play its role.

Zhang Li said that as an important force to promote high-quality development of urban city, digital technology is leading the transformation of social governance. With its leading position in digital solutions, H3C always adheres to innovative scenario-based solutions which comprehensively promotes the modernization of governance capabilities. H3C is willing to work with SIC to jointly carry out research on innovative technologies for digital government building and on information policy research for national governance modernization in the future, as well as to hold seminars on emerging technology application scenarios in digital China and digital government so as to jointly contribute to digital China building.
