On August 4, State Information Center and Nanjing People’s Government signed a collaboration agreement in Nanjing to build the Civil-military Integration Big Data Base (Nanjing). Lan Shaomin, Mayor of Nanjing, and Cheng Xiaobo, President of SIC, attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the signing. Xu Feng, Deputy Director General of e-Government Engineering Center, and Wong Guojiu, Secretary General of Nanjing government, signed it on behalf of the parties.

SIC will utilize its consolidation ability in big data innovation, entrepreneurship resources and operation experience in big data industry base, while Nanjing will apply its merits in civil-military integration, and gives supports in space and industry fulfillment, accelerating the integration of resources about civil and military talents, technology, data, etc. Both sides will advance the profound synthesis of advantageous resources in civil and military Nanjing, focusing on processing big data and added value creation, entrepreneur incubation, technology transformation and building the base of big data industry cluster that integrating civil and military players.
