Hosted by the organizing committee of China International Big Data Industry Expo and jointly organized by SIC, Guizhou Public Resources Trading Center, Guizhou-Cloud Big Data Industry Development Company and Glodon Company, the Public Resources Trading Big Data Forum (hereinafter referred to as the Forum) was held in Guiyang on May 27th. Entitled “Fusion and Opening”, the Forum was one of the important sub-forums held during the China International Big Data Industry Expo 2023. Centrering on the diglital transformation and fusion of cutting-edge thinking, innovative practices and output discussion, participants provided smart insights and innovation supporting for high-quality devleopmemnt of public resource trading in the new ear. Yu Wentao, Deputy Director-General of Law and Regulation Department, NDRC and Vice President Zhou Min of SIC attended the Forum and delivered speeches.

In his speech, Zhou Min said that the Public Resources Trading Platform serves as the pivot carrier of public resource trading market. For government, it is also an important channel to allocate resources and a comprehensive window for providing public services. The sound platform service is significant to developing an unified and open public resources trading market with orderly competition. He urged this Platform to improve its public service function, accelerate the process of computerization, digitalization and smart-driven reconstruction with the aim of promoting high-quality development of public resources trading with new technologies, new applications and new business modes. Zhou also emphasized five adherence, first, the significance of openness shall be as the key to promoting transparency of public resources trading, second, market entities as the centre to continuously improve trading service, third, data as the core to fully release values of data factor through public resources trading, forth, unifying and opening-up as the principle to strengthen service delivery, fifth, secuity as the bottom line to firmly protect public interest and legitimate rights and interests of market entities.
