Vice President Ma Zhongyuvisits Guizhou Information Center for NetworkE-certification Service

In order to strengthen the management and construction of e-certification of the national e-government network, Vice President of the State Information Center Ma Zhongyuheaded a delegation to conduct thefield researchinGuizhou Information Center on May 28,focusing on the current e-government certification construction, operation and maintenance as well as the development of relevant technologies and its policy demands.

He Hao, President of Guizhou Information Center, introduced the major work of their network e-certification and also the work plan for the upcoming five years. His colleagues made presentations on Guizhou e-government network e-certification regarding  history, present status, technical applications and operating and supporting capability.

Ma Zhongyu noted, Guizhou Province has made evident progresses in government informatization and big data industries. At the same time, its e-government security, planning and certification are relatively lagging behind. He provided two suggestions on the e-government security work: firstly, Guizhou e-government phase III planning should be madefrom the perspective of “big-security”, in accordance with the national requirements of infrastructure security and the security requirements of cloud services and mobile government, furthering the development of related services and technical application; secondly, more communication should be made with National E-Government Network Administration Center and regular experiencesexchange oncertification should be organized and attended, in order to join hands in securing the e-government network and  advance the e-certification services.

The investigation was conducted in accompany with Yang Shaoliang, DirectorGeneral of the Information and Network Security Department and Ye Hong, Deputy Director General of China Information Cyber Security Institute, along with some other colleagues.
