On the afternoon of March 29, 2023, State Information Center(SIC) and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation framework agreement in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. According to the agreement, both sides will give full play to respective business advantages for promoting cooperation in associated innovation on digital government application, research on computing power infrastructure and data factor circulation, digital transformation planning and talent training.

Leaders from both sides attended and witnessed the signing ceremony, including SIC President Liu Yunan, Vice President Zhou Min, Deputy Director-General Shi Wei from Comprehensive Management Department, Deputy Director-General Xu Chunxue from Public Technical Service Department, and Peng Bo, Huawei board member and President of the Global Procurement Qualification Management Department ,Hu Kewen, Vice President and Head of Data Communication Product Line Department and Wu Gang, Vice President and Head of Digital Government Department.

At the ceremony, Liu Yunan and Peng Bo made speeches respectively on the outlook of positioning, key orientations and mechanisms of future cooperation. Both sides will enhance contacts and commuications to shoulder the responsibility of leading the development of digital industry.
